Homeschool & Charter School Physical Education
At Movement Specialists Physical Therapy, we have created a unique environment for homeschool and charter school students to receive professional athlete education from Doctors of Physical Therapy.
Our smaller class sizes of 1-6 students are 1 hour sessions and consist of fun and engaging exercises that are tailored for each students needs, goals, and abilities. We will educate them on how their body works, proper movement mechanics, and the best exercises and stretches based on their individual needs. Each student will have a custom gameplan to work on inside the clinic along with receiving a home exercise program with pictures and diagrams for them to work on at home.
At Movement Specialists, we do not believe in the “one glove fits all” idea- each student has different needs and we are able to cater to that and educate them exactly what is best for them as an individual while still engaging in a group setting with their peers and classmates.
Our goal is to provide the most recent education on exercises and stretches, challenge students to try new things, reduce risk of injury in their sports, and improve their overall health and wellbeing as they grow.
